Taking care of your skin is always an asset for you. I have used many skincare products and analyzed them which one is going to best for all skin types. Here are my current skincare morning and night routine which I’ve been following and which is my current favorite.
When you are getting ready for going outside, your skin is preparing it too.!! From wearing cosmetics to fighting off bacteria, pollutants, and ultraviolet rays, your skin needs preparation and hydration before you start applying your blush or head out the door.
With all the skincare products you’re putting on your skin, it can get confusing deciding what and when to apply. Follow the below sequence to get better results.!!
1. A cleansing oil
Cleansing oils are necessary to remove makeup, surface debris, and excess oil. Well-formulated cleansers deposit hydrating ingredients on the skin so it feels smooth and soft rather than tight or dry. Apply a small amount to wet skin, gently massage over the face and eye area, rinse thoroughly, and pat skin dry with a soft, clean towel.
The good cleanser oils I suggest y’all use are Tata Harper Nourishing Oil Cleanser, DHC Deep Cleansing Oil, Garnier skin active, Neutrogena oil-free acne wash.
It’s in the primary step of your morning routine. A good cleanser deep cleans your skin from inside and removes dead skin cells which can dull your glow. Wash your face with the warm water and gently massage your face for a minute. Try not to use bar soaps because they are generally more stripping and are very drying to the skin.
Always Look for a cleanser that is hypoallergenic, free of fragrance, chemicals, or alcohol, and has a non-foaming formula.
If you are confused, which cleanser will suit (work) on your skin then go for Cetaphil gentle skin cleanser, Glossier milky jelly cleanser, and bioderma sensible H2O, as they are suitable for all skin types.
It shrinks the pores and balances the pH level of your skin. Toners prevent your skin from producing excess oil. Soak a cotton pad with toner, then swipe it over your entire face, neck, and chest. You should use a toner after washing your face, and before using a serum or moisturizer. It can have a major positive impact on the appearance and tightness of your pores (like aging skin).
If you want to use the natural toner then go for rosewater. some other toner that will help you are Neutrogena Alcohol-Free Toner, Plum Chamomile & White Tea Calming Antioxidant Toner, and Milk Makeup Matcha Toner.

You can apply serum to your skin after cleansing but before moisturizing with the intent of delivering powerful ingredients directly into the skin. Use your fingertips to gently apply the serum to your face and neck and then lightly tap, pat, and smooth the serum out. Avoid tugging the skin and rubbing too hard, let the product absorb on its own once you’ve smoothed it out.
Serum could be a great tool for targeting specific skincare concerns, like wrinkles. Goodbye, signs of aging! The serum I recommend to use is BioEffect EGF Serum, Rosen Skincare Paloma Serum, Neutrogena Rapid Wrinkle Repair Serum, and Tata Harper Resurfacing Serum.
And the night, we all need relaxing skin. Here is how your night skincare works,
5. Eye cream
Eye creams typically differ from regular facial moisturizers in a few key ways. For one, active ingredients such as retinol appear in lower concentrations to be less irritating to delicate eye skin. a good eye cream can help diminish the look of wrinkles. An eye product with retinol to boost cell turnover. I mostly prefer gel formulations because they’re lighter and more easily absorbed.
‘As we get older, our skin cells don’t reproduce as quickly but retinol helps speed up the process. Some eye cream you can use are Lancome Absolue Revitalizing Eye Cream, Garnier SkinActive Ultra-Lift Anti-Wrinkle Eye Cream, Murad’s Retinol Youth Renewal Eye Serum, olay Eyes Brightening Eye Cream, and Neutrogena Hydro Boost Eye Gel-Cream.
Moisturizing should be the last step in your skincare routine before applying makeup, so don’t forget to use a face cream or lotion before applying your foundation or makeup primer. Get a good moisturizer, apply it on your face, and spread it out all over the face.
It protects your skin from irritants and inflammation, and it also helps keep the deeper layers of skin hydrated. Caudalie Vinosource SOS Intense Hydration Moisturizer, Chanel Hydra Beauty Créme Hydration Protection Radiance, Clinique Dramatically Different Moisturizing Lotion+, and Charlotte Tilbury Magic Cream Moisturizer could be the best for your skin. Otherwise, if you want a natural one, go for coconut oil.
6. Sum Protection
A quality SPF can protect your skin from the harmful UV rays that cause premature aging and even help reverse signs of damage by reducing dark spots, improving texture, and boosting brightness. A good sunscreen keeps your day healthy and its important to choose what best for your skin.
Unsun Mineral Tinted Sunscreen SPF 30, Murad City Skin Age Defense SPF 50, Elizabeth Arden Prevage City Smart Broad Spectrum SPF 50, SkinMedica Total Defense + Repair Sunscreen SPF 34 and MDSolarSciences Mineral Crème SPF 50 are some of the best sunscreens to be used.
